Myer The Feeling of Feeling Good

To launch Myer’s summer campaign, The Feeling of Feeling Good, my creative partner Damian Asling and I designed a playful installation that would be featured in the Bourke Street Myer Windows. The Myer Windows are renowned for their attention-grabbing visual merchandising and Christmas exhibitions.

Feelings radiate around us, emotions are simultaneously visible and invisible. We wanted to show how people are feeling through a display of their “aura”.

With the help of Codeoncanvas, we conceptualised a motion tracking system for shoppers that captured their movement as they walked past or played in front of Myer's large shop front windows, and turning them into a beautiful array of spring-time rainbow particles.

Giant LED screens entertained plenty of eager foot traffic at all hours of the day, including during Melbourne's White Night festival.

I worked with incredible internal teams at Clemenger BBDO, as well as external creative partners to bring this to life.
