With competition across the school holidays and buyer attention divided, Myer needed its annual Toy Sale to stand out, so we let the toys do the talking. With over 1.2M visitors each month to the Myer website, we didn’t need to go in search of our audience. Instead, we put the toys in places parents were already looking…

I collaborated with copywriter Damian Asling to let all the toys loose in the online store. Toys turned up where they were least expected, just like in the home. Toys in the kitchen, toys in the underwear drawer, toys everywhere. Interactive tiles linked directly to the Toy Sale webpage, encouraging parents into the Toy Sale promotions, and increasing toy sales from multiple points across the website.
